Our training program includes a 6 month ride-a-long training period coordinated with study of the 2008 NCEE competency requirements for the Consumer Appliance Service Technician Specialty. Although new to the appliance industry, John is no stranger to customer service. Many of our customers are familiar with John from his 15 years in the archery department at the Old Cabin Shop. With his strong background in customer service, a desire to help his customers with their appliance problems, and an excellent mechanical aptitude John is well on his way to becoming one of the most professional techs in the area.
John is an enthusiastic hunter and fisherman. He and his wife, Kristi, live east of Carthage with their children, Kirsten, Keegan, and Kayden.
