There is a person there to help you during office hours. The least busy times are mid-day (10:00 A.M. - 2 P.M.) We do not use an answering machine.

Our technicians usually start their outside calls early in the day. If you have a technical question, or need help to load or unload an appliance after 3 PM is usually the best time to find one of the men at the shop. If you are traveling any distance we suggest you call first to confirm someone will be there to help.
