Our Staff at Bowers Service include our technicians, which we introduce to you on the page titled "Certified Technicians", and our Office Manager, Kim Bausinger.

Kim is responsible for scheduling most of our service appointments, billing etc.  She is a lifelong resident of Jasper, MO, where she now lives with her husband, Robert, and two daughters, Marisa & Rachel. Kim feels that customer service begins with the first hello, and strives to treat each customer with a friendly voice and smile.

You may also be greeted by Becky Eckhoff when you contact our office. Becky works part time as secretary and dispatcher. She welcomes your call and will do whatever she can to improve your service experience with us.

Becky is a life long resident of Jasper where she lives with her husband Joe and 4 children Zack, Abby, Izzy, and Jackson.
