Our Staff at Bowers Service include our technicians, which we introduce to you on the page titled "Certified Technicians", and our Office Manager, Kim Bausinger.

Kim is responsible for scheduling most of our service appointments, billing etc.  She is a lifelong resident of Jasper, MO, where she now lives with her husband, Robert, and two daughters, Marisa & Rachel. Kim feels that customer service begins with the first “hello”, and strives to treat each customer with a friendly voice and smile.
